GermanEveryday.com was started in November of 2011. The goal was to fill a void for German language learners by helping them improve their vocabulary. What better way than the German word of the day? Every day since then, GermanEveryday.com has posted a German word, its English translation, an example of the German word’s usage in a sentence and the English translation of that sentence. As possible, each word is accompanied with audio of the word being pronounced in German.
Some words are silly, some words are serious but the goal is always the same: improving your German skills one day at a time.
